Marina On Demand Privacy Policy

This policy describes information handling for Marina On Demand (MOD), Marina Simone’s AI marketing assistant at app.marinaondemand.com. For privacy, account or deletion requests, contact donnavaldes@gmail.com, the app’s technical and privacy contact.

Information MOD processes

• Your sign-in email and membership eligibility information used to control access.
• Prompts, conversations, uploaded files, generated content, feedback, saved business and brand details, goals, activity and workspace items you provide or create.
• Connection permissions, authorization tokens and the results needed to perform connected-app requests.
• Operational records, such as request errors, action status and timestamps, used to run and troubleshoot the service.

Google user data

Google connections are optional and require your authorization. MOD requests permissions separately for Gmail, Calendar and Drive, based on the connection and action mode you select.

• Gmail: MOD can search and read messages, including message text and relevant headers, to summarize email and help you prepare replies. With action permissions, MOD can create drafts or send an email after you approve that action.
• Calendar: MOD can read calendar lists and event details to answer scheduling questions. With action permissions and approval, MOD can create events.
• Drive: MOD can list and search files and retrieve file metadata, including names, descriptions and links. Although the current read authorization permits broader read access, the implemented reader retrieves file details only. With the drive.file permission and approval, MOD can create new Google Docs and upload supported files to your Drive.

Relevant Google results may be sent to OpenAI as context for your requested answer. Information derived from those results can appear in saved conversations, workspace items and action records. MOD stores connection credentials securely on its server infrastructure to maintain the connection; it does not ask for your Google password.

Purpose and Limited Use

We use Google user data to provide the features you request, maintain their operation and protect access. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to train generalized AI or machine-learning models.

Marina On Demand’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Human access to Google user data is limited to circumstances permitted by those requirements, such as your explicit permission for support, security investigations, or legal obligations. Google data is not used to build advertising profiles.

Service providers and connected apps

Vercel hosts the application. Supabase provides authentication, database and file storage, including server-side credential storage. OpenAI processes content needed for AI responses, image generation and transcription. If you request voice playback, response text is sent to ElevenLabs. Provider processing and retention depend on the service and applicable settings.

If you connect Canva, HighLevel or another supported service, MOD exchanges the information needed for your requested operations with that service. External writes are presented for approval. Those services also apply their own privacy policies. We may disclose information when legally required or necessary to address security, fraud or abuse.

Storage, retention and deletion

Saved conversations, uploads, business context and generated assets are stored with your account to support use across devices. Connection credentials are retained while the connection is enabled. MOD uses browser storage for authentication and interface state.

You can delete conversations and saved workspace items and clear saved Ecosystem memory using the available controls. Deleting one item does not necessarily delete separately saved copies, uploaded files, action records or backup copies. Contact us to request account deletion or removal of retained uploads and related data. We may need to verify account ownership before processing a request.

Operational records, provider records and backups can have different retention periods. Information required for legal obligations, security or resolving disputes may be retained for those purposes. Removing data in MOD does not delete drafts, documents or events already created in your Google account; manage those in Google.

Disconnecting Google

Use My MOD Settings to disconnect a Google service and clear that connection’s locally stored authorization credentials. To revoke the entire Google authorization, visit your Google Account connections. Disconnecting does not automatically erase previous conversations or saved outputs; delete those separately or request deletion.

Security and your choices

MOD uses encrypted connections, account-based access checks and protected server-side storage for connection credentials. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. You can choose not to connect external services and should share only information needed for your requested work.
