Marina On Demand Terms of Use

These terms describe use of Marina On Demand (MOD), Marina Simone’s AI marketing assistant. Questions about access or these terms can be sent to donnavaldes@gmail.com.

Access and account responsibility

MOD is a member service. Access depends on your eligible membership and may change when membership status changes. Keep your sign-in links private and use only accounts and external services you are authorized to access. The terms of your original purchase or subscription continue to govern its price, cancellation and refund conditions.

AI-generated work

MOD produces marketing guidance and draft content. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for your circumstances. Review facts, links, code, claims and permissions before relying on or publishing it. MOD does not guarantee sales, income, rankings or other business results. Consult an appropriate professional for legal, financial or other regulated advice.

Uploads and acceptable use

Provide only content you have the right to use and share. Do not use MOD for unlawful activity, spam, misleading claims, infringement, unauthorized access or attempts to compromise the service or other users. You remain responsible for marketing and communications you approve or publish.

Connected services and approvals

Connecting Google or another service is optional. Permissions determine the available capabilities. MOD presents supported external write actions for individual approval; check the destination and proposed content before approving. Provider limits, authorization changes and outages can affect availability. You can disconnect integrations through My MOD Settings.

Content and privacy

You retain your rights in content you provide. You authorize the processing necessary to operate MOD and carry out your requests, as explained in the privacy policy. Third-party content and generated output may be subject to others’ rights.

Beta availability and changes

MOD is in beta. Features may change and errors or interruptions may occur. Keep independent copies of important work. Access may be restricted to address abuse, security issues or membership eligibility. Updates to these terms will carry a revised effective date.
